Sugobuy Spreadsheet: the posted fee, day count and photo count for each leg of a parcel's trip

Sugobuy attaches a number to nearly every stage of an order: six hours to buy, three free photos, ninety days of storage, about eight yuan of customs paperwork per parcel. This guide reads those figures off the official pages one leg at a time, and it points out the places where two Sugobuy pages print different numbers.

Six Sugobuy order stages: costs, checks and deadlines

Use these six stages to find the decision in front of you: confirm the paid option before purchase, check received goods before consolidation, and compare the packed parcel before paying freight. Each tile shows one figure Sugobuy published, with the fuller conditions on its linked page. A posted processing target is not an arrival guarantee; start by matching the stage to the status in your account.

Why use this Sugobuy Spreadsheet before placing an order?

This Spreadsheet gives you a practical starting point when you know the category but not the seller: browse, compare a small shortlist and take the selected marketplace link to Sugobuy. Its guides and calculators help turn an attractive picture into a specification and a budget. Sugobuy handles buying, receiving, inspection and shipping after you place the order.

Compare the chosen option, not the lowest displayed price

For two hoodies, select the colour and size you would actually buy, then compare flat measurements and domestic postage. Keep the original seller link so that the choice you compare is the choice you submit. The illustrated guide shows where options and quantity are confirmed; a shelf image is not a promise of availability.

Budget through to the packed parcel

A light hoodie and a bulky padded jacket can have very different shipping effects. Use the weight and consolidation tools to test assumptions, then use Sugobuy's quote for the actual contents and destination. The inspection guide helps you request the one detail that would change a decision. Photos of another buyer's item can suggest a check, but the received item must be assessed from your own order.

The benefit is a shorter, better specified basket and fewer unanswered questions before payment. This site does not submit orders or alter your warehouse account.

Why choose Sugobuy for an order you want to inspect first?

Sugobuy combines seller purchasing, warehouse receipt and international parcel submission. Those are common agent tasks. Its illustrated tutorial is useful because it shows the actual handoff from selected product options to warehouse items, packing choices and the shipping payment, so a new buyer can prepare for each decision.

Make inspection answer a buying question

Sugobuy's inspection rules explain that clothing size is checked against the label and order notes. If you care whether a hoodie fits a 58 cm flat chest, ask for that measurement rather than assuming a correct “L” tag settles it. The rules also state that electronics receive an external inspection, not a power-on test. Knowing the scope helps you buy only the checks you need.

Combine ready items with a clear packing request

The official consolidation and parcel screens help when several sellers deliver at different times. Review the items first, decide which are ready, and specify packaging that suits their contents. Compare the packed result with separate shipping; a larger box can change the billable weight even when it removes repeated charges.

Sugobuy fits a buyer willing to review QC and manage a separate freight payment. A local seller may be simpler for urgent delivery or easy exchanges; a specialist is preferable for performance testing. See the fuller choice criteria and confirm the current payment and route total before committing.

Watch the order flow before you try it

Sugobuy's YouTube channel has a three-minute walkthrough that covers sign-up, the four ways to find a product, checkout, the warehouse photos and the parcel stage. It moves fast, so it pairs well with our written step by step ordering guide, which slows each screen down and adds the numbers the video skips. The cover below is stored on this site; YouTube only loads if you press play.

Two details in the video are worth pausing on. Around the one-minute mark it shows a separate product list the channel keeps, and near the end it shows the warehouse sign-in, inspection and weighing desks that the free photos come from.

Two payments, a fee table and a currency list

Sugobuy splits the money into two moments. At checkout you pay for the goods and the seller's postage to the warehouse. Weeks later, when you submit a parcel, you pay the international freight and the customs charge, which the fee page puts at about CN¥8 per parcel. Its service-fee page says there is no purchasing fee on top for orders from regular shopping platforms.

The extra cost most people miss is the payment processing fee. The checkout screenshot in Sugobuy's own tutorial lists a percentage for every method, from 2% for Mybank to 7% plus one US dollar for Afterpay. Paying from your Sugobuy balance shows no fee, which is why the leg 1 page explains how topping up works. The currency list the site loads values one US dollar at 6.22 yuan, so read the converted price on the order page rather than doing the sum in your head.

Spots where one Sugobuy page contradicts another

Reading 125 help articles end to end turns up a handful of figures that change depending on which page you open. None of them is hidden; they simply were not updated together. Two examples:

Service fee

The fee page

States a free purchasing service with no handling fee on orders from regular platforms.

Service fee

A buying guide

Describes the total as the seller's price plus a small service fee and international shipping.

We quote the fee page, because it is the one Sugobuy links from its footer under Fees and Services, and we keep the processing fee as a separate line because both pages leave it out.

PayPal fee

Tutorial checkout image

Shows PayPal at 4.3% plus US$0.35.

PayPal fee

Card top-up help image

Shows PayPal at 4.5% plus US$0.35, worked out as US$2.60 on a US$50 top-up.

Both are screenshots of the live cashier taken at different times. Expect the cashier to show the current rate and treat either number as a ballpark.

The numbers ledger lists every disagreement we found, eight in all, with both sources.

Clocks and calculators built on the posted figures

Four small tools run on the numbers above. The warehouse clock takes the moment an item was stored and returns three dates: when the 120-hour return window shuts, when a storage extension can be bought, and when free storage ends. The consolidation calculator reuses the first-weight and continued-weight rates from Sugobuy's own example. The volumetric calculator runs one box through every divisor Sugobuy mentions, and the line finder sorts the routes we replayed on October 22, 2026 by price or by speed.

The tools page lists what each tool assumes and what it cannot know, such as the weight of the packing material the warehouse adds.

Three early worries, answered with Sugobuy's figures

Can I pay Sugobuy without holding Chinese yuan?

Yes. Prices display in thirteen currencies and the cashier accepts cards, PayPal and several European methods. The processing fee depends on the method, so compare before you confirm.

How long does a first order take from payment to my door?

Add the legs together. Buying takes hours, the seller and Chinese courier take roughly four to twelve days, inspection about one working day, and the international line you choose adds its own working-day range, from about a week on the faster replayed lines to over a month on sea packets.

What happens if I forget an item in the warehouse?

After 90 days without a shipping order or any reply, Sugobuy treats it as abandoned and destroys it. Extensions cost CN¥10 per product ID per month and can only be bought between day 60 and day 90.

Every figure on this site was read from sugobuy.com, its public shipping estimator or its official YouTube channel between October 21 and October 22, 2026. The registration banner was still advertising a CN¥1680 package on that date. When a figure changes we update the leg page and log it on the change log, with the old value kept for reference.
