Second leg: the days between a paid seller and a stored item
The second leg is the one you cannot speed up. A seller somewhere in China packs your item and hands it to a domestic courier, who carries it to Sugobuy's warehouse. Sugobuy publishes a day range for each part.

How long sellers take to dispatch
Most Taobao and 1688 sellers ship within three to seven days, according to Sugobuy, with custom-made and pre-order items excluded from that range. JD is faster when JD's own logistics handles the order: same-day dispatch. Franchised JD merchants take three to five days. An older article says the same thing more loosely, nought to one day for JD and Amazon self-run logistics.
The status during this wait is Purchased, and it changes to Shipped (Local) once the seller hands the parcel to a courier. Sometimes a seller splits one order across two couriers; Sugobuy calls that Separated to ship and checks with the seller.

Domestic transit to the Xiamen warehouse
Two of Sugobuy's help articles say its warehouse is in Xiamen, Fujian, and give transit times by origin. From the Yangtze River Delta, the Shanghai and Zhejiang belt where many clothing sellers sit, three to five working days. From other, more remote regions, about seven working days. Items that leave from the Pearl River Delta around Guangzhou and Shenzhen are the fastest, though the two articles disagree on how fast.
Add the dispatch window and the transit together and a typical order spends four to twelve days in leg 2 before anyone at the warehouse has touched it. A listing that says it ships from Guangdong is worth a few days.

Shopping Order Processing Time
Pearl River Delta items can be delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
How long does Chinese domestic delivery take
Pearl River Delta items can be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
Both articles agree on the other two regions. We show both values and plan on the slower one, which is the safer assumption when a sale or a coupon deadline depends on it.
Small differences like this are typical of a help centre that grew article by article. They matter only when you are counting days against a deadline, such as a coupon expiry or a holiday shutdown at the carrier.

Status names from purchase to storage
When the courier delivers, the order reads Received. That does not yet mean you can see it in Warehouse; the item still has to be inspected and weighed, which Sugobuy puts at about one working day, and then becomes Stock arrived. Only at Stored does it appear on the Warehouse page and start its 90-day storage clock.

When stock vanishes or the price moves after payment
Listings show stock that sellers rarely update, so an order can come back as unavailable even though the page said thousands were left. Sugobuy's position is that the seller's answer to its buyer is the stock figure that counts. You get the money back to your balance and choose again.
The opposite surprise is a price change between your payment and the purchase. The order then waits in Clear Balance until you pay the difference. Neither case is a fault on your side; both are reasons to buy from listings that were updated recently.
