Sugobuy Spreadsheet shelves with a leg note on each
Sixteen product categories, each linked to a live shelf of listings and each with one note about the leg where that kind of item usually needs care. Browse by category here, then take the listing link to Sugobuy.
Every shelf, paired with the Sugobuy rule it trips
The photo on each tile is one real listing from that shelf, chosen because it shows the goods plainly; the shelf behind it holds hundreds more. The small label says whether the tile opens a category page or a keyword search.

What this catalogue is for, and what it is not
The catalogue is a shortcut to listings, nothing more. It does not hold stock, it does not check sellers and it cannot promise that a listing still exists when you click. Prices on the shelves are the seller's yuan prices on the day the listing was collected. Sugobuy re-reads the live listing when you paste the link, and that is the price you pay.
Most entries on these shelves come from Weidian and Taobao. Sugobuy's tutorial names Taobao, Tmall and 1688 as the platforms it can read, and the site also publishes a separate guide to buying from Weidian. If a pasted link does not resolve into a product page with sizes and colours, contact the buyer through Order Inquiry before paying rather than guessing the options.

Turning a shelf item into a paid Sugobuy order
- Open a shelf, open a listing and copy the marketplace address from it.
- Paste the address into the Sugobuy search bar. The tutorial claims it captures 99% of product details from Taobao, Tmall and 1688 listings.
- Pick colour, size and quantity, then Buy Now or Add to Cart.
- Pay for the goods and the seller's domestic postage; the international part comes later.
Buying several items from one seller in the same checkout means Sugobuy charges that seller's domestic postage once, according to its help centre. Splitting the same items across two checkouts can mean paying it twice.

Reading the option menu, size chart and dispatch note
The inspection at the warehouse is an appearance check against what you ordered. It does not measure colour accuracy, it does not tape-measure clothes against a size chart, and it never switches electronics on. So picking the right item happens on the listing, before any money moves. Four things to look at:
- The option names. Sellers often number colours (1, 2, 3) or mix unrelated items into one menu. Match the option to the photo, and write the colour and size into the order note so the inspector has something to check.
- The size chart units. Chinese charts often give a flat chest width, not a round measurement, and weight bands in jin, where one jin is half a kilo.
- Dispatch promises. Customised or pre-order items are exempt from the usual three-to-seven-day dispatch window. If a listing says made to order, expect a longer leg 2.
- Return eligibility. Underwear, socks, leggings, food, custom pieces and opened sealed products cannot go back, so a wrong size on those is yours to keep.

Seller signals visible from outside China
Choosing a seller is harder when you never talk to them; Sugobuy's buyer does. That makes the signals you can read yourself more valuable. Shop age and follower count on the listing page say more than a single glowing review. Many buyer photos that match the seller's own photos are a good sign; photos that are all studio shots are neutral. A seller whose stock number is a round 999,999 is probably not tracking stock at all, which is why Sugobuy warns that an item shown in stock can turn out to be unavailable once its buyer asks.
When a seller does run out, the order comes back to you rather than being swapped for something similar. The status changes, the money goes back to your Sugobuy balance, and you choose again. That is slower than a substitution but it avoids the worse outcome, an item you did not choose sitting in your warehouse.

What this Spreadsheet keeps that a plain list does not
Plenty of product lists exist for every agent. What sets this one apart is the second half: each shelf note ties the item type to a Sugobuy rule, and each rule links to the leg page where its number lives. We re-check the official figures and the category links on every update and log changes, so dead links and stale numbers get caught rather than left to pile up. If you spot one first, tell us at the address on the about page.
The Help page also lists the signs that any Spreadsheet site is still looked after, so you can hold this one to the same standard.
